The above is certainly not something we would see at a public pool in the US. The mom in the center, topless, is not something I would ever do - even if overseas. The mom sitting on the side with one strap down, nursing, is definitely something I would do. I prefer to be tactful/discreet but definitely did my share of nursing in public, in all kinds of interesting places!
